What are the Courses about ?

- to offer you a solid instruction in Chi Kung practice and philosophy

- to show you the many natural and cultural wonders of Northern Thailand (part of our 7 Day Course and Tour)

Are the 3 Day and 7 Day Courses for beginners or advanced students ?

Both. Whether you are brand new to Chi Kung or you have been practicing for years, you will benefit from our mix of theory and practice.

Will I be able to practice on my own after the program?

Yes. The focus of the program is to help you to establish a well informed practice of Chi Kung and meditation that you can easily integrate in your everyday life.

What are the payment methods ?

We accept all Major Credit Cards via Online secured payment through PayPal.

- The Tour must be booked at least 1 week of your travel date (you will need to pay 30 % on booking).
- Confirmation will be received within 24 hours of booking, subject to availability.

- You may pay the remaining balance on your arrival on Day 1, in cash.

Do I need special clothing to practice Chi Kung ?

No, it is just best to wear comfortable, lose- fitting clothes and to practice bare- foot or in light shoes with no heels.

I'm tempted, but I think I'm too old/ too young/ to small/ too big...

Chi kung can be learned and practiced by everybody. You don't need any special aptitudes. You just need to focus your mind.

... but if I cannot focus my mind....

Don't worry, we will teach you that also. This is part of the Chi Kung training.
