The focus of the course is to offer you a solid instruction in Qi Gong for you to be able to practice on your own in your everyday life.
Where and when do we teach ?
- In Buak Hat Park, the only public park in the Old City of Chiang Mai.
- New course Start every Mondays and Thursdays,
at 9.00 AM
- Meeting Point : Between 8.30 and 9.00 AM at the Pavillion house (on the smallest pond) in Buak Hat Public Park. Just wear loose- fitting clothes (see basics), we provide pillows and mats.
